CGS-240 Humidity Generator
Continuous, high-accuracy humidity generation
MSRP - $125,000The CGS-240 is a fully automated two-pressure, two-temperature humidity generator. This portable, self-contained system produces stable atmospheres of known humidity and temperature to provide accurate humidity and temperature for the calibration of humidity sensors, hygrothermographs, chilled mirror hygrometers, and other environmental measuring devices.
G2 Dew Point Generator
Precise generation of humidity controlled gas flow
MSRP - $125,000The G2 produces highly accurate humidity values, delivering a humidified gas stream, accurately controlled to a variety of user-selectable humidity parameters such as %RH, dew point, frost point, ppm, or vapor pressure. By accurately measuring the temperature and pressure at the point where the humidified gas is utilized, the G2 automatically adjusts for changes in dynamic conditions such as heat load or ambient pressure variation.
With RH Systems’ hybrid humidity generation technique, the G2 is a true humidity reference instrument suitable for high accuracy calibration, product conditioning, and test applications.
G9 Humidity Generator
Precise humidity generation
MSRP - $125,000With the G9, produce highly accurate humidity values without relying on water vapor content measurement. Using the NIST-proven “two-pressure” humidity generation technique, this system will generate a variety of humidity values such as %RH, dew point, frost point, ppm, or vapor pressure. Additionally, the system is computer-controlled, allowing it to run at fixed points, or multi-point profiles, completely unattended.
G3 Frost Point Generator
Better accuracy and performance for low frost point humidity generation
MSRP - $125,000The G3 is a low humidity generator that encapsulates essential tubing, pressure regulator, flow regulator, and saturator within a sealed vacuum chamber. This eliminates atmospheric water vapor permeation and the need for thermal insulation materials in and around thermally controlled components. Additionally, Free-Piston Stirling Coolers are used to cool the saturator.
An improvement over conventional designs, the G3 has better accuracy and performance at low humidity, improved thermal insulation and control, faster cool down characteristics, and better maintenance access.

973 Dew Point Mirror
Direct and accurate humidity measurement
MSRP - $125,000RH Systems’ 973 Dew Point Mirror is portable, equipped with an integral measuring head for both spot and continuous measurement of dew/frost point and temperature in air and gas mixtures. The 973 ensures direct and accurate humidity measurement, ready for immediate use, complete with built-in pump, flow meter, pressure sensor, and external temperature probe.
973-SF6 Analyzer
Laboratory precision. Field ready.
MSRP - $125,000The 973-SF6 Analyzer was specifically designed for measurement of humidity and SF6 purity in gas insulated switchgear systems. With its internal gas containment/recovery system, the 973-SF6 provides the best measurement solution available within a single instrument.
Unlike capacitive sensor-based systems that rapidly and continually drift far out of specification, the 973-SF6 chilled mirror technology relies on the drift-free physical principles of condensation. While sensor-based systems may have a lower initial acquisition cost, their ongoing costs for humidity sensor replacement, recalibration, and the lower reliability of their measurements, make the 973- SF6 the most cost effective option.
PT12 Precision Thermometer
High-precision, multi-channel thermometer system for validation and calibration
MSRP - $125,000The PT12 is a highly precise and stable platinum resistance thermometer-based, multi-channel temperature measurement system. With a custom-designed, high-quality measurement circuit and full current reversal and multiplexed sampling, the PT12 provides 12 channels of low uncertainty temperature data for validation and calibration engineers.
Employing a full reversal current source, the PT12 eliminates polarity sensitive errors normally inherent to DC measuring techniques. Increased accuracy comes from referencing all measurements to high-stability, temperature-compensated internal reference resistors.
