RH Systems Founder, Bob Hardy, walks through what makes our G3 revolutionary for Humidity Generation.

Powerful Flexibility

The G3 is a low humidity generator that encapsulates essential tubing, pressure regulator, flow regulator, and saturator within a sealed vacuum chamber. This eliminates atmospheric water vapor permeation and the need for thermal insulation materials in and around thermally controlled components. Additionally, Free-Piston Stirling Coolers are used to cool the saturator. The G3 achieves Ultra-Dry Conditions below 1 PPB.
Dual CFC-Free Cryocoolers
Based on the highly efficient dual cryo-cooling mechanism, the G3 is capable of generating ultra-low humidity, achieving humidity concentration below 1 PPB (Part Per Billion).
Excellent Thermal Isolation
Instead of standard insulation techniques like fiberglass, urethane foams, or other thermal barrier materials, the saturator sits at the center of a high-vacuum chamber. Devoid of molecules that could otherwise transfer thermal energy, the vacuum chamber offers excellent thermal insulation. So rather than adding thermal barrier materials, the G3 utilizes its vacuum to prevent thermal transfer by limiting molecular interaction.
Prevent Water Vapor Permeation
In the G3, permeation susceptible valves and components are housed within the vacuum chamber. As the vacuum intensifies due to removal of gas molecules from within the chamber, water vapor within the vacuum chamber is also significantly.

Reliable Dryness and Minimized Heat Transfer for Optimal Conditions

An improvement over conventional designs, the G3 has better accuracy and performance at low humidity, improved thermal insulation and control, faster cool down characteristics, and better maintenance access.

    REVIEWS

“Bob is more interested in the subject matter and the science behind his products than in making a sale. He wants to make sure that a solution will work for us. Beyond their products, RH Systems will continue to innovate and amaze the humidity community with new systems and instruments that will advance the metrological community.”

    Tee Yee Zheng Supertron Sensing

RH Systems helped me understand the systems better. That makes me ask better questions and ultimately become a better technologist. They show that their customers are clearly everything. From the way they treat us, you can tell that people must absolutely love working there.

    Paul Gomez Sandia National Labs

“Bob and the staff at RH Systems are the greatest and their undying devotion to supporting the community is greatly appreciated. They are prepping the next generation of professionals in our community for a continuation of support unparalleled in temp and humidity and should be a beacon for all metrology.”

Joseph Rindone Metrologist at Paladin Metrology Advocates

“RH Systems goes the extra mile, without fail. And they stand behind what they do. Customer service is a dying art. RH Systems still gives you one-on-one attention and they always pick up the phone. In our industry, we have a lot of red tape. Bob helps us navigate this and wants to take on the challenge of forming a custom solution. He is invested in what his customers need. That speaks volumes.”

Roger Free Calibration Technician at Haleon

“RH Systems has created the best frost point generator in the world. The G3 is very fast, has high precision and is still very easy to use. The three separately flow-controlled outputs give you maximum flexibility when connecting measuring devices.”

    Helmut Hager CEO, Techmetrics

“I’ve never met anyone who wants to do more than what his customers expect than Bob. I respect and admire that philosophy so much! You will never regret doing business with Bob Hardy!”
